About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and skilled DevOps Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on building and setting up development tools and infrastructure, automating processes, and improving our development and release cycles. You will collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to drive continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), and help scale our cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Digital Ocean).
• Proficiency in version control systems like GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Solid knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain development tools and infrastructure to enhance the software development lifecycle.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Digital Ocean) to set up and manage environments.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, automating and improving development and release processes.
• Collaborate with developers to automate the infrastructure setup and deployment processes.
• Use version control systems like GitHub, Azure DevOps, and GitLab for source code management.
• Work closely with teams to understand requirements and integrate new tools into the current deployment process.
• Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to meet client requirements.
• Ensure the system is highly available, scalable, and secure.
• Manage and maintain infrastructure as code, with tools such as Chef, Puppet, and Ansible (bonus).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with automation tools like Chef, Puppet, and Ansible.
• Prior exposure to infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
