Job Description:

We are looking for a SSIS & SSRS Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in MSSQL, .NET, SSIS, and SSRS to join our data team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize ETL processes, reports, and database solutions using Microsoft technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data integration, seamless reporting, and reliable database performance. 

Key Responsibilities:

ETL Development & Maintenance:

•                    Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

•                    Optimize and troubleshoot SSIS workflows for performance and reliability.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources

Report Development & Data Visualization:

•                    Develop, customize, and optimize reports using SSRS based on business requirements.

•                    Create interactive, drill-down, and parameterized reports for insightful data representation.

•                    Work on improving report performance and enhancing report usability. 

MSSQL & Database Optimization:

•                    Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.

•                    Ensure proper database normalization, indexing, and query performance tuning for              

                efficiency.

•                    Work with large datasets and complex relational databases for robust data handling. 

.NET Integration & Development:

•                    Develop and maintain applications and services using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, or   

                .NET Core).

•                    Integrate SSIS/SSRS solutions into existing .NET applications for seamless data flow and

                reporting.

•                    Work on APIs and backend services to support data processing and automation.

Collaboration & Communication:

•                    Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather reporting and  

                 ETL requirements.

•                    Provide documentation, training, and support for the deployed solutions.

•                    Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently. 

Required Qualifications:

•                    Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience with MSSQL, SSIS, SSRS, and .NET.

•                    Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), including T-SQL,

                 stored procedures, views, and indexing.

•                    Experience in developing and optimizing SSIS packages for ETL processes.

•                    Proficiency in designing and maintaining SSRS reports.

•                    Hands-on experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, or .NET Core) for application development          

                and integration.

•                    Familiarity with database design, normalization, and query optimization techniques.

•                    Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to debug and optimize SSIS/SSRS solutions

                and database queries.

•                    Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for data-driven applications.

•                    Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team

                members and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have:

•                    Experience with Power BI for additional reporting and visualization.

•                    Exposure to Azure Data Factory or cloud-based ETL solutions.

•                    Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and best practices.
