We’re seeking a Lead QA Engineer to spearhead our quality assurance efforts. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving the QA lifecycle, developing test strategies, and leading a team towards delivering high-quality software releases.

• 6 to 8 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test in a production environment.
• Ability to multi-task, proactive in project planning and requirements gathering.
• Hands on experience on Automation testing tools.
• Good to have experience in FinTech domain.
• Knowledge of API testing, SQL and security testing.
• Excellent English communication skills, especially written.
• Attention to detail and ability to diagnose complex issues in application testing.
• Bonus for leadership experience, native mobile testing frameworks, and micro-services architecture knowledge.
• Excellent team player and skilled to contribute as an individual.

• Implement QA process throughout the product lifecycle.
• Responsible for high quality and timely deliveries.
• Work closely with the product team and developers to understand the business and technical aspects of the product.
• Develop comprehensive test plans outlining testing approach and scope.
• Create detailed and effective test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Identify automation testing scope and result oriented automation testing.
